Markling is the playground of DO Innovations SA, a Swiss IP boutique in Lausanne, founded in 2015, with its own office in Kyiv. The day job is trademarks, patents, designs, copyright, domain names, setting up companies in Switzerland and the Patent Box, with fixed-price packages. Clients from garage bands to multinationals. That lives over on the serious website.
Markling serves a different purpose. We are convinced that IP is the most amusing area of law in existence.
So we gave the fun part its own website, and we put a duck in charge. He takes it very seriously. The site was designed and built by Hayanezu, DO’s brand and web studio.
